Do KEF speakers come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new KEF products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Passive loudspeakers are generally covered for 5 years, while powered speakers, subwoofers, and electronics are covered for 2 years.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our store. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to receive a full refund.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
